We only ship live plants during Mondays to increase the likelihood of the plant getting to the customer before the weekend.

We only ship to continental US, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

We offer free delivery within Las Vegas.

COLD WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY

FYI: Tropical house plants struggle to thrive in cold weather. It’s absolutely critical for these plants to avoid exposure to temperatures below freezing point (32 °F), as well as prolonged exposure to temperatures below 45 °F.

Air Shipments vs. Ground Shipments
Outdoor temperatures play a vital role in the proper shipping of tropical plants. If the expected temperature dips below 45 degrees °F, along the transit route air shipments are required. Under these temperatures, customers can still opt to receive the plant via ground shipment, provided that they waive the right to have it replaced, returned, or refunded regardless of its condition.

Insulated Tube With Heat Pack
If the temperature dips into the 30s during shipment hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, insulated packaging will need to be provided. We offer an insulated tube made of thermal bubble wrap and a 72-hour heat pack for an additional $10. This packaging has been tested to ensure that the plant will not overheat even when stored at room temperature. Note that packaging is only effective (down to) on temperatures of up to roughly 25 degrees °F (compared to morning lows).

Buy Now, Ship In Spring
If there’s a rare plant you want to take off our shelves but are worried about the weather (is too cold) during the shipment window, you can opt for our “buy now, ship in spring” offer. This allows you to reserve a plant now with a 50% down payment, and have us take care of it for you until the weather allows for shipment. The latter 50% will only have to be settled prior to shipment. Photographic updates will be provided monthly so you can see the progress of your plant’s growth.
